Bake these cookies for your next holiday cookie party! Not too sweet, easy to make, and decadent!
Ingredients
2 ¼ cups All-Purpose Flour
pinch Salt
1 tsp Baking Powder
½ lb Butter, softened
1 cup Sugar
1 large Egg, beaten
¼ cup Almonds, finely chopped or ground
¼ cup Dried cranberries, rough chopped
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°.
- Sift together the flour, salt, & baking powder; set aside.
- Beat together the butter & sugar (with an electric mixer) until light & fluffy. Beat in the egg until well blended. Fold in the flour until just combined. Stir in the almonds & cranberries until well incorporated.
- Using a truffle scoop, place small balls of dough onto a lined sheet tray & bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes until just starting to turn golden brown. Remove to a cooling rack.
